On February 26th, via a directive, the government of Uttar Pradesh mandated the transfer of five IAS officers. They are:
Commissioner of Ayodhya, Mr. Vishal Singh (2015 batch IAS), got transferred to the post of Special Secretary in Appointments and Personnel department.
CEO of UP Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad and VC Mathura-Vrindavan Development Authority, Mr. Nagendra Pratap Singh (2005 batch IAS), became the new Director General at Ayush. The Chief Development Officer at Shahjahanpur, Mr. Shyam Bahadur Singh (2015 batch IAS), replaced Mr. Singh as the CEO of UP Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad.
Mr. Ashwini Kumar Pandey (2016 batch IAS), the Special Secretary in Tourism, was appointed VC Ayodhya Authority. Mr. Santosh Sharma (2014 batch IAS), the CEO of Ayodhya Teerth Vikas Parishad, received additional charge as the Commissioner of Ayodhya.
