173 IAS Officers from 23 States Begin their Phase 3 Training Programme at LBSNAA

The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) started its Phase 3 training programme with a record creating 173 participants belonging to 23 states on 19 December.
Dr S S Sandhu, Chief Secretary, Uttarakhand, the Chief Guest of the day ,exhorted the officers during the inaugural to be empathetic to the common man’s needs and take courageous decisions for rapid development of the country.
Mr. Srinivas R Katikithala, Director LBSNAA, emphasised that capacity building of civil servants is a necessary condition for realising the dream of Vikasit Bharat. Hence, it’s the responsibility of each officer to be ready, able, agile and responsive to citizen’s needs.
IAS officers posted in various states got back to the Academy after several years of being posted in various capacities.
IAS officer Heera Lal, while posting on Twitter, shared his experience of vising the Academy again in “a well organised, well planned and effective training.”
