India Day celebrations returned to LBSNAA, bringing back the most colourful and vibrant day in the academy. The event, which is a mix of various cultures, customs, arts and crafts, and cuisines of the diverse regions of the country, was celebrated on 13 November this year.

Native cultures and customs were showcased through outdoor and indoor activities by the Officer Trainees (OTs). The young civil servants were dressed in various cultural outfits representing their roots, and presented native folk dance performances, cuisines, arts and crafts, etc.
This helps build pride in the country’s rich heritage besides sensitizing the OTs about the traditions of regions other than their own.
