The Uttrakhand government has ordered a major reshuffle of police officers. Along with this a police committee has also been formed under the chairmanship of DIG Ashok Kumar. Both the orders have issued by Joint secretary Home Omkar singh.
These IPS officers are:
1 P V krishna Prasad (1995 batch) currently ADGP-CID has been given additional charge as IG-Telecommunication, Uttarakhand Police.
2 Amit Kumar Sinha (1997 batch) currently Director-Vigilance, Director-FSL dept, Director-ITDA has been given additional Charges as IT-Telecommunication, Uttarakhand police.
3 Sanjay Kumar Gunjiyal (1997 batch) currently IGP-PAC & SDRF has been appointed as IG-Kumbh Mela 2021, Uttarakhand Police.
4 Ajay Prakash Anshuman (1998 batch) currently IG-Telecom has been appointed as IG-Cyber crime and STF with additional charge of Law and order, Uttarakhand Police.
5 Pooran Singh Rawat (2000) currently IGP-CID transferred as IG-Training, Uttarakhand Police.
6 Ridhim Aggrawal (2015 batch) currently DIGP-STF transferred as Director-Telecommunication with Additional charges of DIG-P&M and DIG-SDRF, Uttarakhand Police.
7 Neeru Garg ( 2005 batch) currently DIGP-ATC, Haridwar has been appointed as DIG-vigilance with additional charge of DIG-PAC, Uttarakhand police.
8 Mukhtar Mohsin (2005 batch) currently director-PTC Narendranagar appointed as DIG-Fire services, Uttarakhand Police.
9 Nilesh Anand Bharne (2005 batch) currently on inter state deputation has been appointed as DIGP-personnel and DIG-Law and Order and also given additional charge as DIGP-Cyber Crime and STF.
10 Narayan Singh Napalchyal IPS (2005 batch) currently DIGP-Training has been appointed as DIG-CID, Uttarakhand Police.
11 Rajeev Swaroop (2006 batch) currently DIG-Training has been appointed as DIG-Training cum Director,PTC, Narendra Nagar, Uttarakhand Police
12 Ajay Singh currently SP-Karnik has been appointed as SP-STF, Uttarakhand Police.
