16 IAS Officers of 2018 Batch Given First Posting By UP Government

Uttar Pradesh government announced the first posting of 16 IAS officers of 2018-batch, after competition of their phase II training.
Uttar Pradesh government has announced the first individual posting of 16 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers of 2018-batch, after competition of their phase II training in Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. This six-week-long phase II training came to an end on August 7 2020 with Vice-President of India Mr. Venkaiah Naidu addressing the officers.
The post of Joint Magistrate has been appointed to these sixteen officers in various districts of Uttar Pradesh. Earlier it has been observed that officers from 2015, 2016, and 2017 batch were appointed as Assistant Magistrate/Assistant Collector and henceforth posted as Joint Magistrate. After serving as Assistant Magistrate/Assistant Collector for more than a year, they were posted as Joint Magistrate.
The officers who will be given their first individual posting include, Nand Kishore Kalal who has been posted in district Basti. Saurabh Gangwar has been posted in district Bahraich, Jag Pravesh in Siddharthnagar, Purn Vohra in Kushinagar, Sandeep Mongia in Meerut, Sudhir Kumar in Banda, Prem Prakash Meena in Hathras, Anubhav Singh in Baghpat, Sanjeev Kumar Maurya in Amethi, Sai Teja Saleemi in Maharaj Ganj, Jayant Kumar in Jalaun.
