In a bureaucratic reshuffle in Madhya Pradesh, eight Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers have been posted with a new charge. The General Administrative Department (GAD), Madhya Pradesh issued a notification on 10 August 2020.
Rajesh Kumar Rajora, an IAS officer of 1990 batch who was currently holding the charge of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) to Government, Labour Department has been posted as ACS to Government, Home and Jail Department replacing SN Mishra.
Mishra who is also a 1990 batch IAS officer has been given the charge of ACS to government in Water and Transport Department.
Senior bureaucrat, Manoj Govil will be posted as the new Principal Secretary in the finance department and will also hold the post of Principal Secretary in the Planning, Economy and Statistics Department.
He will be replaced by Deepali Rastogi (1994 batch) who will now hold the charge of Principal Secretary in Commercial Tax Department.
Shivshekhar Shukla, an IAS officer of 1994 batch has been appointed as the new Principal Secretary in Public Relation, Cultural and Tourism department.
He has been replaced by 1996-batch IAS officer, Faiz Ahmed Kidwai as the new Principal Secretary in the Food & Civil supplies and Consumer protection department.
John Kingsley A R, an IAS officer of 2004 batch has replaced Vivek Kumar Porwal as the MP State Industrial Development Corporation (MPSIDC) managing director and also as MD of MP Trade and Investment Facilitation Corporation (TRIFAC).
Whereas, Vivek Kumar Porwal will now be in charge of secretary in the minor, small and medium enterprises department and will also function as industries commissioner.
