1995 batch IAS officer and former Deputy Election Commissioner of India, Chandra Bhushan Kumar has been appointed as the principal secretary to Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena. The posting holds importance due to the ongoing tussle between Delhi L-G and the government. While 2005 batch IAS officer Surendra Singh will be secretary to the Delhi LG.
Chandra Bhushan Kumar was posted as additional Secretary, Agriculture ministry, GOI on central deputation and has been repatriated to the parent cadre. Kumar earlier worked as Deputy Election Commissioner of India as well.
