IAS officer Vineel Krishna appointed as new Special Secretary to Chief Minister

The IAS officer of 2005 batch has been appointed the special position in the Chief Minister's Office

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the government of Odisha posted officer, R Vineel Krishna as the new Special Secretary to the Chief Minister. Currently, he was posted as the Managing Director of Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) and Odisha Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd(OMECL). Now, Collector Balwant Singh has been posted as Managing Director of OMC. He will also remain in additional charge as Managing Director of OMECL.

Mr. Krishna also held the post of Director of Sports department and OSD (Covid Management) in the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO). The 2005-batch IAS officer will hold the post of Special Secretary in the Sports and Youth Services department as an additional charge.
