According to the transfer order, 2006 batch IAS officer, Randhir Kumar, who is presently Secretary, Women & Child Development & Social Welfare Department, with addl. charge of Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, West Bengal has been transferred and posted as Secretary in Information Technology and Electronics Department with additional charge of Managing Director, WEBEL.
Whereas, Smita Pandey IAS (West Bengal 2005) presently CEO, State Rural Livehood Mission, West Bengal, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Public Enterprises & Industrial Reconstruction Department.
