In a major reshuffle in bureaucracy, the Yogi government has been transferred about a dozen officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS) in Uttar Pradesh. IPS Vikas Vaidya has been appointed as Hathras and Atul Sharma has been appointed as the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Chitrakoot.
While Balrampur SP Hemant Kutiyal has been made Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) and sent to Moradabad. In a government order issued in the night, Hathras Superintendent of Police Vineet Jaiswal has been made the police captain of Amroha. He will replace Mrs. Poonam, who has been removed from the post of SP and kept on the waiting list. Apart from this, IPS Bablu Kumar has been kept in the waiting list, removing Moradabad and Sachindra Patel from the post of Kushinagar SP. Now Dhawal Jaiswal has been appointed as the new SP in Kushinagar. The Yogi government of the state has implemented transfers and appointments with immediate effect.
