The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has given its nod to promote two IPS officers from ADGP to DGP and the Union Territory administration cleared central deputation of two IPS officers.

The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has given its nod to promote two IPS officers from ADGP to DGP and the Union Territory administration cleared central deputation of two IPS officers.
The officers who have been promoted–Rashmi Ranjan Swain and AK Choudhary from ADGPs to DGPs with effect from January 1, 2021.
The J&K administration has also given nod to Central deputation of two IPS officers– Shailendra Mishra, SSP Kathua and Shriram Ambarkar Dinkar, SSP Kupwara.
