The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) mandated the empanelment of as many as 14 Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS) Officers, all from the 1988 batch, for holding General Manager rank (Level-16) posts of IRMS.
The officers are:

- Ms. Neenu Ittyerah (IRTS);
- Mr. Upendra Chandra Joshi (IRTS);
- Mr. Dharamveer Meena (IRSSE);
- Mr. Arun Kumar Chaudhary (IRSE);
- Mr. Mukul Saran Mathur (IRTS);
- Mr. Subhranshu Sekhar Mishra (IRSME);
- Mr. Abhay Bakre (IRSEE);
- Mr. Vivek Kumar Gupta (IRSE);
- Mr. Parmeshwar Funkwal (IRSE);
- Mr. Uday Borwankar (IRSME);
- Mr. Snajay Kumar Srivastava (IRSE).
