Mumbai: In a recent administrative reshuffle in Maharashtra, 1996 batch senior IAS officer Vinita Vaid Singhal has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department at Mantralaya, Mumbai.
Simultaneously, 2003 batch IAS officer Jayshree Bhoj has been posted as Secretary, Environment and Climate Change Department, also at Mantralaya, Mumbai.
These appointments are part of the state government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and streamline key departments focused on public welfare and environmental sustainability.
