The Government of India has approved the promotion of four Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officers to the grade of Chief Commissioner of Customs and Indirect Taxes (CCIT) for the Panel Year 2025.
While Mr. Naveen Kumar Jain and Mr. Rajiv Kapoor have been promoted on an ad hoc basis, Ms. Kajal Singh and Mr. Pradeep Saxena have been promoted on a regular basis.
These promotions mark a significant career milestone for the officers as they take on higher responsibilities within the taxation framework.
