Alka Upadhyaya has been given additional charge as Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying (GOI) . A 1990 batch IAS officer of MP cadre Ms. Udadhyaya is currently serving as Chairperson, National Highways Authority of India under (Ministry of Road & transport). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday she will continue the charge till assumption of the charge of the post by Anurag Jain who is an IAS of 1989 batch.
