Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh government on Monday executed a major administrative reshuffle, transferring 11 IAS officers across key departments with immediate effect. Among the notable appointments, Anil Kumar Singhal, who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as Executive Officer (EO) of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), replacing J. Syamala Rao.

- Anil Kumar Singhal: Placed at the disposal of the Revenue (Endowments) Department and appointed TTD EO.
- J. Syamala Rao: Relieved as TTD EO and appointed Principal Secretary to Government (Political), General Administration Department, replacing Mukesh Kumar Meena.
- Mukesh Kumar Meena: Transferred as Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue (Excise) Department and also given Full Additional Charge of Industries & Commerce (Mines) Department.
- M.T. Krishna Babu: Moved from Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department to Special Chief Secretary to Government, Transport, Roads & Buildings Department, replacing Kantilal Dande.
- G. Anantha Ramu: From EFS&T Department to Special Chief Secretary to the Governor, replacing Dr. M. Hari Jawaharlal (IAS Retd.).
- Kantilal Dande: From Transport, Roads & Buildings to Principal Secretary, EFS&T Department.
- Saurabh Gaur: From Commissioner of Civil Supplies to Secretary to Government, Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, while retaining charge of Civil Supplies.
- Pravin Kumar: Appointed as Resident Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, relieving Gaur.
- Ch. Sridhar: From Commissioner, Minorities Welfare to Secretary, Minorities Welfare Department, retaining full additional charge.
- M.V. Seshagiri Babu: From Commissioner of Labour to Secretary to Government, Labour, Factories, Boilers & Insurance Medical Services Department, retaining full additional charge.
