New Delhi: Ayush Gupta, Director (Human Resources) at GAIL (India) Limited, has been conferred the prestigious Titan – Human Development Award at the Transform HSE Leadership and Excellence Awards 2025, held today at the Yashobhoomi Convention Center, Delhi.
The award recognizes his exceptional efforts in nurturing talent, fostering human resource development, and providing inspirational leadership through innovative HR initiatives at GAIL.
A Chevening Scholar, Mr. Gupta brings over 32 years of experience in the Process and Oil & Gas industry, spanning Training and Human Resource Development, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Performance Management, HRD Initiatives, Project Management, and Operations & Maintenance.
Mr. Gupta is the recipient of the prestigious Chevening Rolls-Royce Science, Innovation, Policy and Leadership Fellowship from Oxford University (2013), the National Corrosion Awareness Award (2004), and the Emerging HRD Thinkers Award (2011).
GAIL (India) Limited, formerly known as Gas Authority of India Ltd., is a state-owned energy major under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India. The company is primarily engaged in the trading, transmission, and distribution of natural gas.
