Rajnish Sharma Recognized for Transformational Leadership

Mr. Rajnish Sharma, Director of the Bangalore Complex, BEL, was awarded the “Outstanding Leadership in Transformation Award” at the conclave. Additionally, he earned the title of “Defence Electronics Transformation Architect” in recognition of his visionary leadership and his role in steering large-scale transformation initiatives across India’s defence electronics ecosystem.

Eswarao Rao Honoured for Cybersecurity Excellence

Adding to BEL’s success, Mr. Eswarao Rao, AGM – Information Systems, Corporate Office Division, received the “Cyber Security Vanguard Award.” This accolade acknowledges his instrumental role in strengthening BEL’s cybersecurity frameworks and enhancing digital resilience across the organization’s operations.

Shivakumar M Lauded for Digital Innovation

Mr. Shivakumar M, Senior Deputy General Manager of the Software SBU, was presented with the “Digital Dynamo Award” for his key contribution to the Smart Ship Operations Project. This initiative, a critical component of India’s advanced naval digital systems, highlights BEL’s commitment to leveraging digital technology for defence innovation.
