Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has extended the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) assigned to Sanjay Khanna, who currently serves as Director (Refineries).
The extension, effective from November 1, 2025, will remain in force until further notice, the company announced on Friday.
BPCL confirmed that the decision was approved by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, as per its communication dated November 7, 2025.
The development has been duly notified to the BSE and NSE in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
