Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College Launches Innovative ‘Degree with IAS’ Programme to Help Students Prepare for Civil Services

Visakhapatnam — In a pioneering step towards redefining higher education and civil services preparation, Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College has launched a unique “Degree with IAS” programme in partnership with Takshasila IAS Academy. This integrated curriculum aims to combine undergraduate education with structured coaching for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and other competitive exams, enabling students to prepare effectively while pursuing their degree.

Inaugural Ceremony and Motivational Address

The programme was inaugurated by Visakhapatnam Police Commissioner Dr. Shankabrata Bagchi, who motivated the students to set ambitious goals and pursue them with dedication and sincerity. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Bagchi emphasized that challenges in life should be embraced as opportunities for personal growth and learning.
