Assam: Two IAS Officers Transferred, New Postings With Promotion to State Administrative Officers, IAS Karuna Kumari Named As Director, Land Reforms & Survey

IAS Ashok Kumar Barman has been named as Special Secretary, Administrative and Finance including Secretary, Revenue and DM Department and Member Secretary CRAPSLA, as per the order issued by Department of Personnel, Assam.

The phase of transfer is going on in Assam. Shivraj Singh Chauhan led state government has transferred one IAS officer and many state administrative officers. Along with 18 officers have been given the benefit of promotion.

IAS Ashok Kumar Barman has been named as Special Secretary, Administrative and Finance including Secretary, Revenue and DM Department and Member Secretary CRAPSLA, as per the order issued by Department of Personnel, Assam.

While IAS Karuna Kumari has been appointed Director, Land Reforms and Survey. Apart from this, while handing over new postings to state administrative officers, they have been given the benefit of promotion too.

State Administrative Officer Malvika Chaudhary has been appointed as Secretary Finance. She is given the benefits of 65000 to 112000 per month and Grade Pay 18500 and other allowances according to Pay Band 5.

State Administrative Officer Indreshwar Karlita has been appointed as Secretary, Environment and Forest Department. She will be given the benefit of Grade Pay 18500 and other allowances under Pay Band 5 from 65000 to 112000 per month.

State Administrative Officer Krishna Baruah has been appointed Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department. He will also be given the benefit of 65000 to 112000 per month along with grade pay 18500 and other allowances.

State Administrative Officer Leena Das has been appointed as Secretary, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs. She will be given the benefit of 18500 grade pay including 65000 to 112000 per month under Pay Band 5.

Apart from this, State Administrative Officer Nazir Ahmed will be given the benefit of 65000 to 112000 per month including grade pay 18500 and other allowances. He has been appointed as Secretary, General Administration Department. While Alka Goswami, Kaushal Jameel, Palash Baruha, Arpan Shakya, Deva Kumar Kalita, Arundhati Chakraborty have been given new postings along with promotion.
