1994 batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) Sandeep Arya has been named as India’s next Ambassador to Vietnam. He will replace Pranay Kumar Verma, 1994 btch IFS officer, who has been appointed as next High Commissioner to Bangladesh. He is currently serving as Additional Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs.
