Recommended Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) aspirants after clearing the exam are invited for a two-year-long training program at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA). After the completion of this training program, the best deserving Officer Trainee of that batch is awarded the President Gold Medal by the President of India every year.

Anu Kumari’s felicitation was all the more significant because she besides being an outstanding scholar, is the mother of a toddler. She is a shining example of work-life balance. Indian Masterminds has recently profiled her struggles and career which can be accessed at indianmasterminds.com.
