New Delhi: In a significant move to strengthen the administrative framework, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has empanelled more than half a dozen officers from diverse services, batches, and cadres to hold key Secretary and Secretary Equivalent level positions in the Government of India.

Secretary/Secretary Equivalent Appointments:
- Meenakshi Negi (IFoS: 1989: KN) – An experienced Indian Forest Service officer, Negi has been empanelled for Secretary-level posts.
- Anand Mohan Bajaj (IA&AS: 1990) – A senior officer from the Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Bajaj’s empanelment for Secretary positions marks an important milestone in his career.
- Trishaljit Sethi (IPoS: 1990) – An Indian Postal Service officer, Sethi has been selected for Secretary-level responsibilities.
- Sanjay Prasad (IRS IT: 1990) – A senior officer from the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax), Prasad has been empanelled to take on senior administrative roles.
- Praveen Vashista (IPS: 1991: BH) – An Indian Police Service officer, Vashista’s appointment at the Secretary Equivalent level is a recognition of his leadership capabilities.
- L Satya Srinivas (IRS C&IT: 1991) – A senior officer from the Indian Revenue Service (Customs and Indirect Taxes), Srinivas has been selected for top administrative posts.

- Arti Bhatnagar (IDAS: 1990) – An officer from the Indian Defence Accounts Service, Bhatnagar has been empanelled at the Secretary Equivalent level, reflecting her valuable contributions to the government.
