Raipur: The Chhattisgarh Government has promoted four Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers of the 2010 batch and subsequently transferred them, assigning new responsibilities. The changes have been implemented following the completion of their Mid-Career Training (Phase-IV).
Order Issued by General Administration Department
The General Administration Department (GAD), Government of Chhattisgarh, has issued an official order effecting the promotion and transfer of these officers. As per the order, the charges and responsibilities of the officers have been changed in accordance with administrative requirements after their elevation.
Promotions After Completion of Mid-Career Training
The promotions have been granted to officers who successfully completed their Mid-Career Training (Phase-IV), a mandatory professional development program for IAS officers. Upon completion of this training phase, officers become eligible for higher responsibilities and postings within the state administration.
List of Promoted IAS Officers
According to the order issued by the General Administration Department, the following four IAS officers of the 2010 batch have been promoted –
- Saransh Mittar Singh, IAS (2010 batch)
- Padum Singh Alma, IAS (2010 batch)
- Ramesh Kumar Sharma, IAS (2010 batch)
- Dharmesh Kumar Sahu, IAS (2010 batch)
Administrative Reshuffle Following Promotion
Following their promotion, the state government has transferred these officers and assigned them new responsibilities. The reshuffle is aimed at strengthening administrative efficiency and ensuring effective governance across various departments of the state.
