Chandigarh Administrator Banwarilal Purohit has cleared the name of retired 1985 batch Indian Revenue Service officer Anu J Singh for the role of Chief Commissioner at the Chandigarh Right to Service Commission. The final decision, however, rests with the Union Home ministry.
She is currently serving as a member of the NCLT in Mumbai.
