“Har Haath Ko Kaam, Har Kaam Ka Sammaan”: CM Reiterates Labour Dignity
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel emphasized that “Har haath ko kaam aur har kaam ka sammaan” reflects the core value of dignity of labour—each job deserves respect, and every worker deserves opportunity. He lauded BMS for promoting this principle throughout its seven-decade journey.
He further remarked,
“A nation imbued with the spirit of sacrifice, penance, and dedication is destined to move forward. The Indian Mazdoor Sangh has exemplified this philosophy since its inception.”
Welfare and Equity at the Core of Gujarat’s Labour Policies
Highlighting Gujarat’s efforts for labour welfare, the CM shared that the state, inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, provides nutritious meals at ₹5 to workers through Annapurna centres. This initiative, he said, not only supports nutritional well-being but also respects the dignity of workers.
The CM also praised the transparent delivery of government services, noting that doorstep governance has significantly enhanced public trust.
Path to Viksit Bharat Goes Through Viksit Gujarat
Chief Minister Patel expressed confidence that the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047 can only be realized through Viksit Gujarat, and reiterated the PM’s mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas” as the foundation of inclusive progress.
He called on every citizen to participate in the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign, promoting environmental responsibility and combating climate change through tree plantation.
