Chandigarh: The Government of Haryana carried out a major reshuffle in the police administration on Thursday night, transferring 24 IPS officers and 5 HPS officers in a wide-ranging administrative exercise affecting district policing, commissionerates, and anti-corruption units across the state.
The transfer orders, issued by the Home Department, bring major changes in district-level policing, particularly in eight districts where Superintendents of Police have been replaced.

The reshuffle includes new district police chiefs in:

- Palwal
- Charkhi Dadri

- Dr Arpit Jain has been posted as SP Nuh. He was earlier serving as DCP Headquarters, Gurugram.
- Outgoing SP Rajesh Kumar has been shifted as SP, State Crime Branch.
Hisar
- Siddhant Jain becomes new SP Hisar.
- Outgoing SP Shashank Kumar Sawan moves to Police Headquarters as AIG Administration.
Rohtak
- Gaurav Rajpurohit has been appointed SP Rohtak.
- Former SP Surinder Boharia has been posted as SP Law and Order.
Palwal
- Nitish Aggarwal takes over as SP Palwal.
