Neyveli (Tamil Nadu): NLC India Limited, a Navratna public sector enterprise, has officially announced the retirement of two of its Executive Directors, Shri Hariramakrishnan N and Smt. Rani Alli G, effective 30 June 2025. The retirement took place upon both officers reaching the prescribed age limit, as per the company’s regulations.
Retirement Complies with SEBI Listing Rules
The announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which governs material events for listed entities.
