MSTC Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Sudershan Mendiratta (Central Secretariat Service officer), Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Steel, as the Government Nominee Director on its Board of Directors. The appointment has been made by the BLA Cell of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, with immediate effect and will remain in force until further orders.

Ms. Mendiratta replaces Mr. Vinod Kumar Tripathi and Mr. Ashwini Kumar, who have ceased to be Directors of the company with effect from June 11, 2025. Her appointment will become effective from the date of allotment of her Director Identification Number (DIN).
The company clarified that Ms. Sudershan Mendiratta is not related to any existing Director or Key Managerial Personnel of MSTC Limited. Furthermore, she is not debarred from holding the office of Director by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other statutory authority.
