Dr. S.B.R. Kumar Laghimsetty, an IRS officer currently serving as Commissioner for AYUSH in Andhra Pradesh, has been transferred and instructed to report to the government for a new posting.
In the interim, the Special Chief Secretary of the Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department will take on the responsibilities of the AYUSH Commissioner in an additional charge capacity until further arrangements are made.
