New Delhi: Shares of GAIL (India) Ltd. came into focus after the state-run gas utility announced the record date for its final dividend for the financial year 2024–25.
The company has also scheduled its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for August 29, 2025, to be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
“The Company has fixed Monday, August 4, 2025 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining the entitlement of members to receive the final dividend for FY2024–25, subject to approval by shareholders during the AGM,” GAIL stated in a regulatory filing.
