Gopal Krishna Sinha has been appointed as Director (Human Resource) at Troop Comforts Limited, a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence.
About Gopal Krishna Sinha
Mr Sinha brings with him over two decades of experience in human resource management across key public sector undertakings. Prior to this appointment, he served as Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) from September 2022. Earlier, he was the General Manager (HR) at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) from September 2020 to September 2022.
An alumnus of Lucknow University, Sinha holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and a MBA in Human Resource and Marketing.

Troop Comforts Limited (TCL) is an Indian state-owned defence company, headquartered in Kanpur, India established in 2021 as part of the restructuring and corporatisation of the Ordnance Factory Board into seven different Public Sector Undertakings. It is involved in the manufacture of life-cycle clothing, extreme cold climate clothing, mountaineering equipment, supply drop equipment, water storage equipment, tents and other products for the Indian Armed Forces and for civilian use.
