Teachers’ Recognition and Inspiration
During the ‘Prerna Samvad’ session, Mr. Bhupendra Patel interacted with teachers including Ms. Rajeshriben Prahladbhai Patel of Kheroj Primary School in Banaskantha district, Mr. Nitin Kumar Mahendra Pathak of Rangpur Primary School in Navsari district, and Ms. Liluben Bharat Godhaniya of PE-Centre Kumar School in Porbandar district.

Teachers as Pillars of Education and Society
Mr. Patel highlighted that teachers are instrumental in shaping the holistic development of students, imparting both academic and practical knowledge. He noted that thanks to their efforts, parents are increasingly enrolling their children in government schools, where schemes such as the Mid-Day Meal and Mukhyamantri Paushtik Alpahar Yojana are improving nutrition and learning outcomes.
He added that the nation’s future depends on its students, making the role of teachers in reducing dropout rates and ensuring universal education crucial. He urged for stronger collaboration with School Management Committees (SMCs) and local education leaders to further strengthen educational initiatives.
Government’s Commitment to Rural Education
Reaffirming his government’s commitment, Mr. Patel said that excellent educational facilities will be made available even in remote areas. He pointed to several student-centric schemes already in place that have improved enrolment, reduced dropouts, and strengthened school infrastructure.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister also presented certificates of appreciation to teachers, honouring them for their outstanding service in education and extending his best wishes.
