The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the promotion of several officers in the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) to the grade of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (PCIT), effective from the date of assumption of charge and until further orders.
The following officers have been empaneled for promotion to the grade of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (Level 15 of the Pay Matrix) for the panel year 2024:
