H K Lalhawngliana, currently serving as the Additional Commissioner of State Tax in Mizoram, has been promoted to the position of Commissioner – State Tax in the Finance Department of the state. His promotion places him at Level-13 of the Pay Matrix.
Lalhawngliana will officially take charge of his new role on January 1, 2025, according to a notification issued by the Mizoram government.
This promotion recognizes Lalhawngliana’s contributions to the state’s tax administration and is expected to further strengthen the state’s fiscal management under his leadership.
