The Uttarakhand government has given the charge of Commissioner Excise to IAS Harish Chand Semwal. At present Harish Chand Semwal has the charge of Secretary, Women Empowerment and Child Development, Irrigation etc. The government has also issued an order to give the charge of Commissioner Excise Uttarakhand to Harish Chand Semwal.
