The government of Himachal Pradesh has recently mandated the transfer of five IAS officers across the state. These transfers are part of the state’s regular efforts to optimize administrative efficiency across key divisions.
Ms. A Shainamol (2007-batch IAS officer) was appointed the Divisional Commissioner of Mandi. Mr. Kadam Sandeep Vasant (2008-batch IAS officer) was appointed Secretary of Technical Education while also retaining his position as Divisional Commissioner of Shimla.
Mr. Rakhil Kahlon (2008-batch IAS officer) was appointed Secretary for Ayush. IAS Vinod Kumar (2009 batch) was asked to assume charge as the new Divisional Commissioner for Kangra. Mr. Aditya Negi (2013-batch IAS officer) was designated as a Settlement Officer for the Kangra division.
