The Himachal Pradesh government has implemented a reshuffle involving two IAS officers and assigned an additional responsibility to an HPAS officer.
Ajay Kumar Yadav, a 2018 batch IAS officer currently serving as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development)-cum-Project Director (DRDA) in Solan, has been appointed as the Managing Director of the HP Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation, Solan, as well as the Managing Director of Mahila Vikas Nigam, Solan. His position will be taken over by Rahul Jain, a 2019 batch IAS officer who was holding the post of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kaza, in Lahaul & Spiti.
Moreover, Shikha, a 2021 batch HPAS officer presently serving as the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Civil) in Kaza, has been given the additional responsibility of Additional District Magistrate, Kaza, with immediate effect until further instructions.
