The Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to offer consultancy services for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
As per a regulatory filing on Wednesday, HUDCO will also organize capacity-building programs for DDA officials and assist in implementing various projects. These include affordable housing, residential-cum-commercial projects, commercial-cum-institutional projects, and other urban development and infrastructure initiatives under the DDA’s purview.
The DDA, established under the Delhi Development Act of 1957, aims to enhance urban development through this collaboration.
