Morena/Datia (MP): In a proud moment for Madhya Pradesh, IAS officer Kamlesh Bhargava, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Morena, has received international recognition for his outstanding work in combating drug addiction during his previous tenure in Datia district.
His name has now been officially entered in the Book of World Records, London, in recognition of his impactful contributions under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (Drug-Free India Campaign).

During his tenure as CEO of District Panchayat Datia, Bhargava spearheaded a comprehensive anti-drug campaign that included community outreach programs, school and college awareness drives, rehabilitation initiatives, and public engagement through local governance.
