Following a circular issued by the DoPT on June 11, Ms. Leena Nandan (1987 batch IAS), presently posted as Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change (MoEFCC), was given additional charge as Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation from June 12 to June 17, substituting Mr. Vumlunmang Vualnam (1992 batch IAS officer), who is going on leave.
