During their visit, the IAS officers spent time interacting with the faculty members and staff of DIET Leh.
The interaction allowed them to better understand the challenges, opportunities and innovative practices involved in teacher training and education management, particularly in remote and geographically challenging regions like Ladakh.
The officers appreciated the efforts being made by DIET Leh to improve the quality of education and support teachers in delivering effective learning experiences to students.
Strengthening Administrative Understanding of Education

By visiting educational institutions such as DIET, the officers develop a deeper understanding of policy implementation, teacher capacity building and educational development at the district level, which are crucial for effective administration in the future.
