1990 batch IAS officer Ganji Kamala V Rao who is presently posted as Managing Director, India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the rank and pay secretary to the Government of India by temporarily upgrading the post.
