Following a directive issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) under the central staffing scheme, the 2013-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer, Mr. Naveen Aggarwal, stands promoted to the rank of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare. He has been appointed to the post for a tenure of four years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
