Chandigarh: Ramvir, a 2009-batch IAS officer, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Secretary, Information and Public Relations (IPR), Punjab. The announcement comes as part of an administrative reshuffle aimed at streamlining operations in key departments of the Punjab government.
Currently serving as the Secretary of the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board, Ramvir will now also oversee the Information and Public Relations Department. In addition to his primary responsibilities, he has been assigned the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, IPRD (Information and Public Relations Department), where he will play a crucial role in managing the state’s communication and public relations efforts.
This new role highlights Ramvir’s growing influence and his versatility in handling diverse administrative responsibilities within the state government.
