Punjab: 3 IAS Officers Get New Charges, Vikas Garg Made Principal Secy, Food & Civil Supplies

The Punjab government has transferred 3 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers with immediate effect. The names of the officers are listed below:

IAS officer Mr. Krishan Kumar (1997 batch) principal secretary, water resources and governance reforms, has been given additional charge of financial commissioner, forests and wildlife preservation.

IAS officer Mr. Vikas Garg (1998 batch) has been given the position of Principal Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Government Affairs.

IAS officer Mr. Varun Roojam (2004 batch) has been posted as Excise and Taxation Commissioner.
