As per the order issued by Ministry of Power IAS Officer SKG Rahate (IAS 1990; Jharkhand) has been appointed as Chairman & Managing Director of Rural Electrification Corporation Private Limited with his additional duty as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Power. The order will be effective for three months from the date of joining as February 22. Previously Mr. Sanjay Malhotra (IAS1990;Rajasthan) was serving as CMD of REC Limited.
