The government of Tamil Nadu has lately appointed senior IAS P Amudha as the state’s new Commissioner of Revenue Administration (CRA). Officer Amudha is a seasoned bureaucrat who has served the state administration in various capacities. She has etched her name as an upright leader who spearheaded administrative reforms and pioneered disaster management.
Ms. Amudha, a 1994-batch IAS officer, will oversee critical functions such as revenue collection, disaster preparedness, and land administration as per her obligations in the new role. She had earlier served as the Home Secretary in the Tamil Nadu government.
