IAS officer Debashree Mukherjee gets charge of National Water Mission

IAS officer Ms. Debashree Mukherjee has been given additional charge of the post of Mission Director, National Water Mission. Her tenure on this post will be for a period up to March 29, 2022. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday, the union government has approved the assignment of additional charge to Ms Mukherjee till 29.03.2022 or till appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Presently, the 1991 batch officer of AGMUT cadre is Additional Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.
